1. Acceptance
By using NowTodo ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
NowTodo helps you manage and execute your daily tasks, with optional Lock Screen, widget, and Live Activity features. Your data is stored locally on your device; you are responsible for backing it up — it is included in your iCloud device backup, and you can export it as a JSON file in Settings at any time.
3. Pricing & advertising
- All features of NowTodo are currently free of charge.
- The app may display third-party advertising (served by Google AdMob). See the Privacy Policy for details and choices.
- Paid features (such as subscriptions or one-time purchases) may be offered in the future. If so, payment will be charged to your Apple ID, subscriptions will be manageable in your Apple ID account settings, refunds will be handled by Apple under App Store terms, and these terms will be updated accordingly.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse it (including generating invalid ad traffic).
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. 서비스
NowTodo는 오늘 할 일을 관리·실행하도록 돕고, 잠금화면·위젯·Live Activity 기능을 선택적으로 제공합니다. 데이터는 기기에 로컬로 저장되며 백업은 사용자 책임입니다 — 데이터는 iCloud 기기 백업에 자동 포함되고, 설정에서 언제든 JSON 파일로 내보낼 수 있습니다.
3. 요금 & 광고
- 현재 NowTodo의 모든 기능은 무료입니다.
- 앱에는 제3자 광고(Google AdMob 제공)가 표시될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용과 선택권은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
- 향후 유료 기능(구독 또는 1회 구매)이 제공될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 결제는 Apple ID로 청구되고, 구독 관리·해지는 Apple ID 계정 설정에서 가능하며, 환불은 App Store 약관에 따라 Apple이 처리하고, 본 약관도 그에 맞게 갱신됩니다.
4. 올바른 사용
앱을 합법적으로 사용하고, 방해·역설계·오용(광고 무효 트래픽 생성 포함)을 시도하지 마세요.
5. 면책
앱은 '있는 그대로' 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 앱 사용으로 인한 데이터 손실이나 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
6. 변경
앱과 본 약관은 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경 후 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
